The host hotel is The Hampton Inn by Hilton, Ottawa Airport  and the Holiday Inn Express, Ottawa Airport and the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Ottawa Airport. Three hotels sharing the same parking lot. Social events at the infinity Centre which is also sharing the same lot.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Hampton Inn by Hilton, Ottawa Airport, located at 2869 Gibford Dr. and the Holiday Inn Express Ottawa Airport.  has been selected as the host hotels for this event. The room rates for the hotels are are from $199 per night plus HST, and MAT for two Queens and $209 ++ for a King room.  This preferred rate includes wireless internet and Free parking.  Also available is the Homewood Suites Ottawa Airport with rate of $209 for a King studio and $219 for a one BR Suite. Come early and enjoy the amenities that Ottawa has to offer, a limited number of rooms have been secured for the Saturday night at the Hampton Inn only. The Block rate is good until May 6 after which time, the rate may return to market rates.
